We are trying to do a training video (latest is called Runcorn Rockets Home training 2 video) & then a few days later a Challenge video.

Prior to our hibernation everyone had an hour of training some had 2 hours plus a game every week.

Something to think of is to make a training time and follow our video & then do the challenge, just to keep a pattern of training. Nothing lasts forever so we need to keep everyone active.
