Hi everyone,

welcome to 2022.

We are going to start the year off with our grading day/sign on day on Saturday 22nd January at Runcorn State High School.

This day is all about the coaches getting to know each other, our external coaches meeting our club coaches & explaining how they will help them this season and assess the children to determine what teams/grade they will be in.

There’s also a chance for all the parents to ask questions, meet their age coordinators, buy shorts and pick up your free packs. In relation to the free packs everyone is getting either a shirt and socks or a free basketball. Our size 5 basketballs are still on the wharf so for the age groups under 8, 10, and 12‘s the balls won’t be available on the 22nd but if you have a Basketball and you would prefer the shirt and socks you’re very welcome to pick them up.

Anyone who has ordered packs, you can also pick those up.

We have had a lot of people from other clubs & even players from some associations from Ipswich & Southern Districts join us this year.

If you have not joined and you’re playing basketball again this year, please register with us as soon as you can as we don’t want any of our current members missing out.

We are looking to start training the week after the grading day. We will then have two weeks of training and then our first games will commence on the weekend of 4 February.

Anyone over the age of 18 has to be vaccinated to enter the hall. We will need to verify you are vaccinated so will ask that you are able to produce verification. This will occur with all games and training at the School.
